There are golfers who enjoy playing at as many different courses or in as many different states as possible. Al and I are pursuing that idea when it comes to baseball. That is why we took our gloves through customs, on board our cruise ship, and then disembarked with them in Nassau. We played on a huge soccer field below Fort Charlotte and within 1.5 miles of where our ship was docked. We also played catch on the beach just to prove that it really was the Bahamas. We would have played on board ship, but we couldn't find any ceilings high enough. Of course, looking back, we could have taken turns dropping baseballs from Deck 8 down to Deck 4 in the Centrum, but we didn't think of that at the time.
