In 1958, Dion and the Belmonts recorded a wonderful doo-wop record entitled, "I Wonder Why." Well, here are some things that I wonder about:
Why is there a line of luggage named after Amelia Earhart? This is like naming a line of learning aids after Jughead from the Archie comics.
Why do batters take a pitch and then step out of the box and adjust their batting gloves? What did they do to mess them up?
Why are there signs written in braille in the bank drive-thru? (Becky reports that these exist at the CVS Pharmacy drive-thru as well.)
Why are we now so lazy that we spell words such as drive-through as drive-thru? IDK
Jesse Dice wonders why the "Golden State" is bankrupt when the price of gold is so high?
Why do school systems insist on ending the year in June when everyone stops paying attention the day before Memorial Day?
Why do people in Massachusetts leave the r off the end of car and put it into pizza?
Why is ice dancing an Olympic sport and pole dancing isn't? (Do strip clubs in the Arctic have pole dancing on ice? Are there strip clubs in the Arctic?)
Why does my satellite television package feature over 200 channels yet I end up watching only 4 of them 95% of the time? (Of course, I could learn Spanish and double my viewing options.)
Just wondering.
Your Archie reference dates you.

Batting gloves question: They are readjusting the setting to either "scorching drive to the gap" or "homerun".
